From initial design and engineering to all fabrication process steps, everything is done in-house to prevent external logistics, additional handling & lead-times and risk for damage.
Our process starts with our design and engineering team evaluating your request and deciding together with you whether design support is needed. In case of a copy exactly or built to print, our job preparation & planning schedules the work and ensures a timely delivery. When design or engineering for manufacturing is required, our engineers use the most recent 3D design (CAD) and manufacturing (CAM) software from global players like SolidWorks, TopSolid and Camtek.
We have assembled a dream-team of experts and craftsmen in various precision domains and continuously invest in the latest (ultra-)precision equipment from manufacturers like AgieCharmilles, Blohm, Hermle, Jung, Mikron, Mitutoyo, Sodick, Stähli, Studer, Yasda and Ziersch. Combined with trained and AUKOM certified quality engineers, we deliver the highest quality including required measurement report.

Advanced machining with accuracy to the micron
- Milling: 3 & 5-axis, full customisation of all formats, both hardened and unhardened
- Turning: single pieces and series
- Heat treatment: annealing, hardening and nitriding
- Grinding: round, flat/plane, optical and profile grinding, also of special materials
- Wire EDM: with an accuracy from 1 µm
- Sinker EDM: including the production of electrodes
- Microblasting
- Polishing and lapping: to any roughness desired without changing the geometry
